A: We have been marketing to senior citizens for well over 5 years and have accumulated our optin lists through our own marketing efforts.  GoldenRebate.com launched in February 2008.

Q: Is your list CAN-SPAM Compliant?
A: All of our optin lists include name, phone, address, email, date of birth, date/time stamp, IP and source.  We follow the legal ordinance of the FTC CAN-SPAM Act of 2003
